Our Classroom Winners…
A Little Cause and Effect....
Which I am thinking about revisiting! We could use a *little* more work on this skill!
During this unit, we also focused on dialogue and quotation marks. The kiddos created their own "scene" from their own story.
Now for the best part of all....
Knuffle Bunny Glyphs!!!!
Here is how our glyphs turned out last year! This was a great way for the kids to review data collection and learn a little about their classmates.

I have this unit and love it! It's so cute and original and my kiddos are crazy for anything Mo Willems! I love all the skills you've included. My second graders definitely need more practice with quotation marks!

I'm soo behind! I always hear about Knufflebunny and want to buy a book, but when I get into B&N the book aroma gets to my head and I completely forget what I go in for. Now I really have a good reason to pick up the book when I move back home to Indiana. Way to create an awesome unit. :)
