Set the Stage to Engage: A new blog series

I am beyond excited to announce a new series that I will begin next week here on the blog!

But first...no, no! Not coffee. Or a selfie. Rather an explanation.

Oh. My. Word.

Where have I been?

Four words...

The. Ron. Clark. Academy.
{The switch to 5th grade about killed me! More on that later...}

And what a year it has been. But I won't get into all of that now for fear of boring you or scaring you away. Instead I will be breaking it down for you in the coming weeks, and I will be sharing all of the posts that I have been meaning to share all. year. long.

I am filled with ideas to share. Here are some of the things coming up on my blog.

I will be sharing all about my nonfiction spy lab that I posted on instagram several weeks ago...

...how I taught my kids 36 Greek and Latin Roots in 3 days {thank goodness for superheroes and twister}...

...my spin on teaching fairy tales...

...and some new games that my kids fell in love with this year!

Each week, I will be posting some new ideas that truly captivated my students. I have an entire year's worth of ideas to share. Get ready!

I would also like to add to my "bag of tricks" with all of your amazing ideas, so I would love for you to link-up!

More details to come! Until then, go prop your feet up, relax, and enjoy this beautiful summer. You certainly deserve it!

XOXO!
